If you want to be able to spend more time improving your garden it is important to protect your hands. I have tried many gloves over the years. I discovered the love of gardening when I was a child. Now nearly 4 decades later my love for plants is growing more and more everyday.
Through the years I have worn gloves, gotten annoyed by gloves, didn’t wear gloves. Then, tried different gloves that didn’t fit properly or made my hands tired.
Then about 10 years ago I discovered these Bionic Gloves, they cost more than I wanted to pay. I got them at Sears for over $45! I tried them on in the store and had to put them to the test. My hands were all calloused and rough I was a tiny women with man hands. I had to take action.
Fast Forward to today…
I am on my third pair of Bionic gloves. The two pairs I had before were the beige ones and did not have reinforced finger tips and would at some point have to be reinforced by me with some kind of tape. I am a very active gardener and use these gloves to their fullest potential. I have smaller hands than most and these fit, well, like a glove… Best fit I have found. I can tie small knots to hold up delicate vegetable and orchids. I can even put my hair in a ponytail while wearing these gloves.
My Bionic gloves do well in the washer and the dryer without any damage. They come out a little stiff after the laundry process but soften back up quickly once on my hand.
Comfort, fit and longevity make them well worth their price, and now I have found them on Amazon for a fraction of the price I paid for my first pair. By the time these gloves are worn out I could have easily gone through 10 pairs of the $10 gloves. The cheaper gloves are not as comfortable, make my hands tired and or sweaty and create more waste.
