dōTERRA Essential Oils Bamboo Storage Box
I just opened up my dōTERRA Bamboo Box Double Drawer. As a Wellness Advocate the price was $55.00
The images on the dōTERRA site are often very limited usually one photo from one angle. Knowing dōTERRA’s reputation for selling excellent quality products I had to have this elegant and efficient storage solution. I am the type of person that takes care of her belongings and insists on only spending money on top quality items. I refuse to buy junky stuff. For $55 this box is priced right. From the picture I thought the drawer pulls were brushed aluminum. Sadly they are not. But hey the box was only $55 and now I can customize it. The drawer pulls are white plastic. They are good quality plastic but to me plastic looks cheap. They are functional but look meh, only a minor disappointment but easy enough to fix.
The top of the box holds a quantity of ten 10mL roller bottles in the front row. The back row is unable to accommodate 10ml roller bottles as demonstrated with the Clarycalm roller bottle. The back row holds the shorter roller bottle perfectly as you can see by the clear twisty bottle in the image below. Also, Beadlets fit nicely.
There is one other issue worth mentioning. A strong tiny magnet holds the drawers safely in place, brilliant right? Well, one of my magnets was not adequately glued to the back of the drawer, so the drawer could not close properly… Simple enough to fix I suppose.
See the silver magnet is recessed nicely into the back of the cabinet.

This was the result. The drawer doesn’t close if the magnets are not set into the bamboo box. See how the bottom drawer is not closed all the way. Magnet glue failure.
This is the inside of the drawer. The dividers are very sturdy and well done. Take another look at the white plastic drawer pulls. I will be replacing these in a future blog post.
If you asked me if I would buy this again the answer would be yes. It is the nicest storage configuration I have seen so far.
